Many came from all over France to attend the second edition of “Salon du Blog Culinaire” in Soissons, the 21st and 22nd of November. 150 food bloggers attended this 2 day foodie experience and watched as some 70 bloggers demonstrated their creative recipes. Oyster recipes were extremely popular with bloggers raving about their quality and taste, to quote one blogger"C'est moi qui l'ai fait". We were several enthralled by the Irish Oysters, that were sponsored by Bord Bia( The Irish Food Board).
