Antoine Guerreiro winnes the French regional oyster opening competion of Marseille

 

 

 

 

Antoine Guerreiro from the restaurant Chez Calambo, won the Marseille oyster competition. This championship was based on speed of opening a 100 Pacific oysters and the presentation of a seafood plate.Oyster tasting
Bouvier french champion 2009, Gonthier World champion, Moran Irish & European champion 2009

Irish oysters from the IQO scheme and the European champion Michael Moran were also part of the festivities.
